Ate Girl (AG) initially ordered 11 boxes of cookies, since we have a limited supply per week I told her na ich-check ko if kaya pa namin ma fulfill yung 11 boxes. Upon checking, I updated her that we can only fulfill 6 box of cookies. She agreed.

I told her that I will give an update once her order is settled and ready na for booking. Once her order is picked up pwede nya na isend ang payment, win win sa amin di ba? Kaliwaan lang. Magbayad sya, ibibigay ko ang order nya sa rider. But... she insisted na sya na magbo-book. Which is a no problem for me, I mean good! mababawasan ako ng task lol

Important details:

Initial order: 11 box of cookies

Order settled: 6 box of cookies

Total payment needs to be settled: Php 1,134

Cut 2, Nag update na ako na ready na yung goods for pick up she then told me na mag add sya ng another 2 pcs ng cookies para Php 1,200 saktp yung babayaran nya. Fine, kahit na Php 1,204 naman talaga dapat lol siya na nag-decide na may discount siya na 4 pesos, which I don't mind kasi madami naman siyang order. I even prepared free 2 cookies as a complimentary and a thank you for her bulk order.

Review of the Important details:

Initial order: 11 box of cookies

Order settled: 6 box of cookies

Total payment needs to be settled: Php 1,134

Additional 2 cookies: 35x2=70

FINAL ORDER: 6 box of cookies + 2 pcs cookies = Php 1,204

Cut 3, she told me na andito na yung rider sa pick up location, I met up with the rider and I told her to send the payment already before I hand the goods to the rider. She then sent a screenshot of a GCash transaction amounting Php 1,200. I checked my GCash transaction, and lo and behold there is no Php 1,200 amount credited on my account lmao

And the classic scammer move? She pressured me and the rider na bilisan na and verbatim "Ano ba talaga ate, kanina ka pa wait nang wait cancel na nga lang yan! cancel mo na yan kanina ka pa wait nang wait" Girl wala pa ngang 5 mins na magkausap kami ng rider, tapos sasabihin mo kanina pa? What a dumb, empty head!

I then confronted her, "Ay girl AI naman yang Gcash screenshot mo, wala akong narereceive! Wag ako ha perwisyo ka ang init init" and guess what?! binaba nya yung call lmao what a coward lunatic! Tinawagan din sya ng rider and binababa nya yung call. The rider informed me na walang contact details yung booking ni AG.

I dont mind, na nasayang yung effort in preparing the boxes. What infuriates me is that nang-iistorbo sya ng lalamove rider gayong ang init init ng panahon! Walang nawala sa akin, but the rider lost his time and gasoline. May balik yan sayo te sinasabi ko sayo.

She is probably using a different photo, regardless I will still post this for awareness and if there's anyone who knows the woman in this photo please let her know that her photo is being used by scammers. But if totoong picture mo yan ate girl, please use your face to upgrade your cognitive level because I can smell it rotting from here. De La Salle ka pang nalalaman lmao our delusional queen!

I had a vision with this cheesecake but somehow it ended up looking like I topped it with chopped onions 😭

Would there be issues with baking/texture if I mix the chopped salted egg whites into the cheesecake batter? Initially thought of just topping it with thin salted egg slices like they do with bibingkas but I decided to chop the salted egg whites so each slice gets a good amount of toppings.

Finally, it seems like na-achieve ko na yung gusto kong cookies.

Victoria Bakery's cream puffs talaga ang main inspiration ko bakit ako nagbake, but I understand the part na mahirap siya gawin kaya nagstart muna ako sa mga beginner goodies like cookies, brownies, banana bread, etc., hanggang sa naging comfortable na ako tinry ko magcream puff at hindi naging madali HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Anyway ineexpect ko talaga na sa costing ko magiging same lang sa Victoria's na ₱25 PERO HINDEEEEEE bakit ganoooooon 😭😭😭 di ako comfortable sa ₱60 pesos pero ang hirap na maggo lower kasi paano naman mga anak ko (8 cats) ano na ipapakain ko sa mga anak koooo eme 🥺

Nahihirapan kasi ako kung ano bibilhin ko. I’m not a professional like others. It’s just a hobby. I need a guide. Ayoko magsayang ng pera.
