











Crust are not too think and super soft bread inside! Sharing is caring so here is the recipe below. Also, I am not an expert! Just your regular home baker ☺️
195-200 g warm water
6 g honey
8 g virgin olive oil
3 g instant yeast
250 g bread flour
5 g fine sea salt
70 g raisins
3 g cinnamon
The original recipe is from @_lacebakes_ on tiktok! U should check it out! I basically just divided the measurements in half lang! 😬 Madali lang ma-gets yung steps niya.
Take aways***
- since wala ako cast iron, I only usesd a regular loaf pan.
- pre-heated my oven at 220c for 15-20min, I had to put water in my baking pan.
- Baking it at 220c for 30 mins. I covered the bread with foil for the first 15 mins, by the time na matapos yung baking time, nag evaporate na yung steamed water and then dial down to 210c for 10 mins!
-rest the bread for 20 mins before slicing!
