Made Bibingka Burnt Basque Cheesecake! Topped with salted egg cream, diced salted egg whites, toasted coconut flakes. How do I make this more visually appealing?
I had a vision with this cheesecake but somehow it ended up looking like I topped it with chopped onions 😭
Would there be issues with baking/texture if I mix the chopped salted egg whites into the cheesecake batter? Initially thought of just topping it with thin salted egg slices like they do with bibingkas but I decided to chop the salted egg whites so each slice gets a good amount of toppings.
