DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON!!!

I repeat. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. Please spare your 2 minutes and read this post.

Today morning I purchased a laptop for 64k. I don’t know what happened my amount was debited but the order somehow got cancelled. Now I either have laptop nor my money. When I call customer care they say amount will be refunded in 4-5 WD’s. I ask this why advertise a product if you are unable to sell and why I as a consumer should wait to get my own money back?. This happened with me thrice previously . My heartfelt request to this community is this: STOP BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THIS FRAUD SELLER. Don’t fall for their fake sales and buy products from here. If something happens similar to what I’m suffering it’s a waste of your time and money and health. Instead buy the same product from a shop even if it costs more than what these fraudsters sell. At the end of the day you will be satisfied that you got what you wanted. At this point I believe the customer service guys are just bots. It’s irrelevant speaking to them and no matter how much you shout at them they won’t resolve your issue.

It’s a humble request from me to stop promoting this seller and stop buying if possible. 🙏🏾

Why can’t these be shipped to me?

We live in Missouri where it’s a legal state but now for some reason this cannot be shipped to my address anymore? I’ve purchased this 19 times in the past but now I can’t? WTF Amazon!

I was trying to make a rather large purchase on Amazon. Almost £300. And it asked me to confirm with my bank. But then I remembered I made a lot of purchases to my family’s houses. So I went back to check my address. And then the stuff disappeared from my cart. And then I realise it says my order has been confirmed. No money has been taken from my bank yet. But I’m confused. Is this an error? Should I cancel the order and remake it? Because I need this order by Sunday at the latest, so I can’t mess around. Thanks.

How has Amazon done gaming pre-orders lately?

I wanted to ask because I haven’t had a good experience with them in the past, and I’m getting two games from them this month.

I'm the founder of Fave AI (faveai.app), a Chrome extension that identifies products in YouTube videos and surfaces Amazon affiliate links automatically.

Met all Creators API requirements: ✅ Valid store — faveai.app ✅ 10+ qualified sales in T30 ✅ 3rd qualifying sale shipped April 9, 2026

What's happened:

  • 27+ days waiting
  • 5 different support contacts
  • 3 escalations, 2 forwards
  • Every response is identical copy-paste policy email
  • Case number: 20233509701

Has anyone successfully resolved a stuck API approval? Is there a direct contact or escalation path that actually works?

Any help appreciated.

A lot of Amazon sellers overlook the 'returnless refund' option, where you refund the customer without asking them to send the product back. It sounds counterintuitive at first, but in the right situations, it can actually save you money. For low-cost or non-resellable items, return shipping, FBA processing, and storage fees can easily cost more than the product itself; so sometimes it just makes more sense to let the customer keep it. That said, it’s not perfect. If your rules are too loose, customers can start taking advantage of it, claiming issues just to get free products; which slowly eats into your margins. There’s also a risk of conditioning buyers to expect refunds without returns, especially in competitive niches. So yeah, it’s a solid tool for cutting costs and speeding up customer resolution, but we need to keep a close eye on it, otherwise those 'savings' can flip into losses pretty fast.
