Today morning I purchased a laptop for 64k. I don’t know what happened my amount was debited but the order somehow got cancelled. Now I either have laptop nor my money. When I call customer care they say amount will be refunded in 4-5 WD’s. I ask this why advertise a product if you are unable to sell and why I as a consumer should wait to get my own money back?. This happened with me thrice previously . My heartfelt request to this community is this: STOP BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THIS FRAUD SELLER. Don’t fall for their fake sales and buy products from here. If something happens similar to what I’m suffering it’s a waste of your time and money and health. Instead buy the same product from a shop even if it costs more than what these fraudsters sell. At the end of the day you will be satisfied that you got what you wanted. At this point I believe the customer service guys are just bots. It’s irrelevant speaking to them and no matter how much you shout at them they won’t resolve your issue.
It’s a humble request from me to stop promoting this seller and stop buying if possible. 🙏🏾
