Tried espolón and camarena resposado. Not a fan of the flavor.

I know everyone here has the power to taste super subtle differences but to me these both taste very similar; not very good. I was excited to try Espolon because I saw a lot of good things about it, but I was disappointed to find out it tastes almost the same as the camarena. The burn isn’t bad, but the flavor is what I don’t like Not sure if it’s because all reposados have this similar flavor, or if I just haven’t found the right brand.

The only other tequila I’ve had was patron blanco, and I kinda liked the creamy flavor, but the “burn” alcohol taste was terrible, similar to vodka. So I’m hesitant to try another blanco. Not sure where to go from here.

My budget is like 50 absolute tops. I like sipping.

Why some languages it’s easier to sound native

It seems like English is one of the hardest languages for people to sound native in, because I don’t think I’ve ever met a non native English speaker without a foreign accent, even after they’ve been learning for decades and are fully fluent. But I’ve heard lots of English speakers speaking in other languages and getting compliments for sounding just like a native, by natives of course. Why is that? Is it just because the sounds in English are simply “harder” to learn?
