Low impact?

Are kettlebell workouts considered low-impact? I need to dial back from high intensity training. I think kettle bells would be great to do from home, but I need low impact strength training. Any thoughts?

Switching to weights…

I’ve always done more high intensity (and impact) workouts but need to switch to lower impact. I am struggling to get a good weight lifting routine and miss the high that I got from higher intensity workouts. Has anyone else made this switch? Any advice?

Gym, Group Fitness, or Social Fitness Groups?
