Hello Everyone,
I'm currently working on a Cargo Ship map and wanted to share it with the community. It's free to download for everyone to check out, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.
The map is available in the following formats:
Whether you're running a boarding encounter, a smuggling gone wrong, or just need a solid ship layout for your next session, hopefully this fits the bill. Looking forward to everyone's feedback!
You can check out the full map and download it here:

Hello Everyone,
We are a small marketing team that works with D2C brands. Over the past year we've audited and analyzed over 40 Shopify stores and the same four things keep appearing regardless of niche or revenue stage.
1. 100% of revenue coming from paid ads, zero owned audience
No blog, no email list, no organic traffic. When ad costs go up (and they always do), there's nowhere to fall back on. A basic pillar-cluster content strategy and a solid welcome sequence made a bigger difference than any ad optimization we ran for these brands.
2. Disconnected vendors working from different briefs
Designer does the brand kit. Copywriter writes the ads. Media buyer runs the spend. None of them are on the same page. The brand ends up looking like three different companies. We fixed this for most clients just by creating one shared brand document everyone worked from.
3. Creative fatigue that nobody noticed
Same three ad creatives running for 6+ months. CTR dropping, CPM rising, founders blaming iOS or the algorithm. Usually it's just creative exhaustion. Four fresh static formats and one animated asset per month is enough to stabilize performance in most cases.
4. Attribution that's basically guesswork
Most founders are reading ROAS from the Meta dashboard, which overcounts. They have no idea which blog post drove the email signup that converted three weeks later. Properly connecting GA4 to Shopify took us about a week per client and immediately changed how they were spending.
None of this is groundbreaking. The hard part is fixing all four at the same time in a coordinated way, which is difficult when you're managing it across multiple freelancers.
If any of this sounds familiar and you want a free second opinion on your setup, drop a comment or DM me. We do 30-minute audits at no charge, no pitch at the end, just honest feedback on what we see.

Hello everyone,
We're NEYOVO, a small team that works as an embedded growth partner for D2C and e-commerce brands, mainly Shopify stores..
We are trying to help clients who are either or all of these three challenges:
What we actually do (not agency-speak, just the work):
We package it as a monthly retainer so there's one point of contact, one brief, one invoice. No juggling vendors.
Pricing is transparent:
We also do free 30-minute audits if you just want a second pair of eyes before committing to anything.
Happy to answer any questions in the comments.
DM if you want to talk specifics.

Hello, we are NEYOVO
We work with D2C and e-commerce brands as a full-stack growth team (design + content + paid media under one retainer). Over the past year we've onboarded or audited over 40 brands across Shopify, and the same four problems show up almost every single time:
**1. They're renting their audience instead of owning it.**
Every sale is coming from Meta or Google. No blog. No email list worth mentioning. No organic presence. The moment ad costs go up (and they always do), margin disappears. The fix isn't complicated but a proper pillar-cluster content strategy and a 4-email welcome sequence moved the needle faster than any ad optimization we ran.
**2. Three freelancers who've never spoken to each other.**
Designer makes the brand kit. Copywriter writes the ads. Media buyer runs the campaigns. None of them are working from the same brief. The result is a brand that looks like three different companies depending on where you find it. We started solving this just by creating a single shared brand doc that all three worked from. Immediately tightened everything up.
**3. Creative fatigue they don't realize is happening.**
Same three ad creatives running for 6+ months. CTR falling, CPM rising, founders blaming the algorithm. It's not the algorithm. It's the creative. Rotating in 4 fresh static formats and 1 new animated asset per month is usually enough to stabilize performance.
**4. No attribution, so no decisions.**
They know their ROAS from the Meta dashboard (which is wrong). They don't know which blog post drove the email signup that converted 3 weeks later. Setting up GA4 properly with Shopify connected took us one week on average and immediately changed how these founders were allocating budget.
None of this is revolutionary. But fixing all four at once, in a coordinated way, is where most brands struggle because they're managing it across too many vendors.
If you're dealing with any of these and want a second pair of eyes on your setup we will be happy to do a free 30-minute audit call, no strings attached, no push for sales.

My dad is like 70 y/o so never played video games and can't play video games. But he is down to sit besides me and see me play. I love the story of ME and really want him to experiment it. So I am doing a casual run of the game while my dad watches.
P.S. Ya probably no romance xD
