[OK] Do I have to tell against my child's wishes?

My daughter has asked to do some counseling. She is not ready to tell her father yet. Our divorce decree and parenting plan states that we have joint decision making for medical. Do I have to tell him against her wishes especially if I'm not asking him to pay? What happens if I don't tell him?

ETA - I informed him this morning that she has asked a few more times to speak to a counselor and that I've arranged that for her. I've given him all additional information he has asked for as well.

Do I have to inform coparent?

My daughter is going to start therapy soon and doesn't want her father to know yet. Our coparenting agreement gives us joint decision making regarding medical. Do I have to tell him if she doesn't want him to know? What can happen if I don't tell him?

ETA - I had previously told him she expressed a desire to speak to a counselor, but I did text him this morning that she has continued to ask to see someone so I have arranged that. He is aware now.
