My prescription was every 14 days I submitted my blood test results and ggp have changed it to every 18 days, but now I’ve started my period on the day what would’ve been the 14th
So obviously I want to go back to the dose where I had no period. How do I do this?

Hi im a 22 year old trans man. 4'10 46 kg been taking testosterone for a year and 9 months I don't get a period anymore.
I've had abdominal pain quite bad for the past 3/4 months went to the doctor they did a stool sample and blood tests what all came back fine. I've now been referred to have an ultrasound at the hospital but the appointment isn't until the 1st of June
I get full pain pretty constant but spikes of sharp pain at times. The pain gets worst after I eat go to the toilet or orgasm.
I’ve just been to the toilet and whiped and there was very light amount of blood mixed with discharge
Is it an ovarian cyst ? I'm in the uk is it with going ade when I get really bad pain or shall I wait until the 1st of June for the ultra sound
