Title. Haven’t sent me my prescriptions in MONTHS despite being paid, keep taking money every month for what. They don’t respond to any emails either. Genuine robbery.

Is there a way to change medication without getting blood tests?
The blood tests being £51 is insane and i genuinely just cant justify that on top of my testogel but i really want to switch to shots- is there any way around this?
Hi, uk based and FTM,
So I’ve been on testogel for 7 months now, and I had my dose upped to 3 pumps due to my levels being 8.25nmol on 2 pumps from around month 5.
I have a blood test to check levels this Thursday, however due to finances and me only being able to get it through smartway, I feel as if I can not afford the gel especially if I am bumped up to 4 pumps.
I am debating sustanon, and I want to ask how if anyone changed from gel to shots did it and what exactly I would need in terms of needles, syringes, how much they’d cost etc. and how any of y’all who are also uk based dispose of needles.
I see on Google if I change it on the hub I don’t have to do a follow up session as I’m not due one, but ofc I’ll need the training session. Which I can afford, but I’d rather not order more testogel then change to shots cus of the prescription costing 137 . I basically have until the 18th which is when my gel will run out I think.
I’ve literally got like a budget of about 166 and I’m stressed more on affording the change rather than the change itself.
I don’t know, I’m getting rather worried and confused and the internet isn’t on my side today with researching. Any help and advice would be appreciated! :)
Why, just why?
Ever since they introduced the bot to read tests it's made it so it only reads the results rather than results and any notes attached to it 💀 my Dr said it's to be expected to have High T levels as I'm literally on Testosterone but also said to me on the phone it's also due to my XXY chromosome condition etc, which gender go are aware of why change my dose now after nearly a year of being on sustanon? I'm pissed to say the least especially when my other tests for liver etc were all normal plus the only blood test appointment available at the time was at 3pm in the afternoon so idk if thats got to do with it, I also have reason to believe that cus I have been under a lot of stress recently with life stuff that it would cause my testosterone levels to be a bit off? Any who what do I do as I don't want to half my dose?
ive been charged £5 extra (£35 + £5) each month in my subscription. i emailed the finance@gendergp.com email 5 days ago and have had no response. is there any way to contact them without having to pay even more to them?
GGP prescribed ampules for my dose but I would have to throw away half an ampule, normal?
Hi I recently had my dose lowered to 0.5ml of enathanate because of high T.
However, they prescribed ampules which only come in 1ml, I emailed the pharmacy who told me I cannot leave the bottle open for 3 weeks between doses so I'd be throwing away half an ampule of medication. Is this normal? Will i just have to deal with it and throw it away? Its very expensive to do that lol. I have sent an email to GGP about it.
Looking to get top surgery, do I need the formal diagnosis session as well as the referral sessions or just the latter?
EDIT: From the UK so no insurance, self paying, going with Miles Berry
How do I get my prescription back to every 14 days
My prescription was every 14 days I submitted my blood test results and ggp have changed it to every 18 days, but now I’ve started my period on the day what would’ve been the 14th
So obviously I want to go back to the dose where I had no period. How do I do this?
Gendergp haven't sent the link for my payment in time so my next leuprorelin (prostap) dose will be overdue. It's meant to be every 12 weeks. How long after 12 weeks will it still be effective? Thanks in advance for any help.
Thanks in advance for any help.
why has this changed?
why has my prescription gone down? my testosterone levels after my blood test was 31.8 which i was told was normal but higher end of normal. Why has gendergp actually cut my dose IN HALF??? If my levels were normal.
Wtf any help appreciated.
Thanks
What’s next?
So I have payed for everything, completed the ID check, completed the consent thing. Now what?
Do I need to do a blood test before they send my prescription? Or do I just wait?
I went with the referral code option, will they send my referral code to my email?
Any information is much appreciated. Thank you!
Hi I've tried looking for answers for these without much success so I thought here may help please
So I'm 17 (18 in 5 months) and I'm out to my parents and siblings. I want to start hrt, but my family isn't very supportive of me and I doubt they would want me to start hrt.
So firstly, can I start at 17 without parental permission (as I'm fairly sure you're medically responsible for yourself at 17 in England)?
I'm assuming I still need to tell my GP that I'm trans and doing this but how do I book an appointment for that, like what do I say it's for?
I was going to ask about booking blood tests and things but I've just seen that you can do that on the website.
And I was wondering if there was anything I'm not aware of that I need to keep up with hrt?
If you read this thank you a lot, I don't think these are specific medical questions but generic questions about how this works if you get what I mean? Anyways thanks <3
