Liquid seems clear not white, one big one, one little one. Getting sick and tired of not knowing which is which because I get them around my nose and chin and rarely my mouth (twice so far).
Alright… I realize the title is out there.
One time when I was doom scrolling through Reddit I came across a link to a website of a supposed blog of an old man living on a farm in Cape Breton who has a commune of Sasquatch’s messing with his farm, story ended with him admitting he had a brain tumour.
I’m trying to find it again, but I really just came across it on a random thread somewhere.

Hello, I am 28f. I should clarify I have always gotten acne around my mouth/nose (some of those are also cs) I have NEVER gotten acne on my cheeks, and now all of sudden this, and only on one side of my face?
I haven’t changed my routine. I was scratching my face a bit more because it was itchy. I think they’ve been there for a while and I hadn’t noticed maybe idk?
How do I deal with/get rid of these? The ones around my mouth have always eventually gone away. These one don’t seem to want to leave and want to stay pink mountains on my cheeks?! Help?!

Okay so I realize the one I have a patch over is a cold sore for sure, mother fucker always shows up there, honestly the pink mark never really ever fully goes away, but here it is again, growing and painful and weeping like a mother fucker.
There a very little blister or pimple head next to it under my nose, I can’t tell which.
The other two big fuckers I honestly can’t tell, they definitely had “white heads” as far as I could tell initially and I popped them and now they look like this.
I’m just having a really hard time telling what’s what :(
