Asking for ID

Hi, I work in retail and we annually have to complete a training course on the "Think 25" procedure, one of the questions we have is "Can you ask someone who wears a religious head covering to remove it", obviously the answer to that is no.

We often get customers in who wear hijabs which isnt an issue but I was curious to know what I would be expected to do if someone wearing a niqab or a burqa for example came in wanting to buy a cutlery set, it's age restricted at 18 but how am I able to confirm if the person wearing it is of age?

I want to stay respectful but also I still have to think about the legal side of my job. How should I approach the situation should it arise? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I was rewatching some older series clips last night and theres a task where you had to get a rubber duck in a pond from behind a rope.

Ed Gamble starts getting frustrated with the task as things keep messing up and he ultimately gives up after a while, chops the head off the duck and buries it in the garden.

I was just curious, do you think the duck is still in the garden or do you think it was dug up shortly after the task was completed off camera?

I got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed around 50 hours ago (both top teeth) and ive not been in pain whatsoever. i used a cold compress for the first day but i only feel uncomfortable, not in pain. is this normal? I feel like everywhere ive looked most people were in pain for the first few days minimum but my only issue at the moment is not being able to open my jaw fully.

If im in no pain does that mean i can resume semi normal eating habits sooner rather than later, if not when do i know when its safe for me to not worry about the dreaded dry socket? I'm also a smoker so holding off is making me jittery, is it safe to lightly pull on my vape?

Also is it too soon for me to have overcooked plain alfredo pasta for dinner tonight? Its been two days and im already sick of soup or mash, i'm a very fussy eater so things like eggs and porridge is a no go for me.

Lastly the bad breath situation, ive been washing my mouth with warm salt water and brushing my teeth gently avoiding the extraction area but can i use mouthwash? Neither the salt water or brushing seem to do anything for me at the moment.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated:)
