Just started the gym and I’m always very tired and fatigue I want a prep workout to have lot energy I have high blood pressure and anxiety or heart I don’t want anything with caffeine what’s the best pre workout that won’t affect me???

Help I need a pre workout because I have low iron,vitamin D and b12 already fixing that problem with infusions but I want a pre workout to push me a little because I feel so lazy and tired :/

It’s been very hard to lose the weight I struggle with sugar cravings and keeping up with a diet I was 170 went up
