Thinking about spending more time in Chattanooga or possibly moving there. Curious how locals or recent transplants feel about crime day to day. Is it mostly concentrated in certain areas or something you notice regularly? Have you personally experienced any issues?
Where in the country do you think offers the most opportunity for newer CFPs trying to build a practice or land a role?
Curious whether anyone has thoughts on markets that are underserved, growing, or just easier to get traction in versus the ones everyone flocks to. Not looking for a single right answer. More interested in how people think about this and what factors they weight: COL, competition density, local wealth concentration, firm culture by region, etc.
