I got a positive at 10 DPO (top test). The middle ones are 11 DPO. Bottom is this morning at 12 DPO.

I’m 27 years old now. Do these often progress into cavities? Or is it common that they are arrested with good care? This is kinda confusing to me. My dentist has never mentioned it.
I use MI paste before bed as a topical.

My gums hurt so much where it’s inflamed. Not sure how that happened. But what can help the irritation? Not sure what happened, but need it to heal
