I had all four wisdom teeth removed on April 3rd. On April 5th or 6th I decided to get a blended coffee drink from Dutch Bros. I used a spoon to drop it into my mouth straight to my throat. There was an instance where some of it dropped onto my lower left side and I immediately felt a shock of pain. Ever since, I have been having issues in the same spot. My right side is giving me no issues whatsoever. It kind of feels sore and inflamed? Now, it doesn't cause me any actual pain, it's just uncomfortable. I saw the surgeon on April 13th and he said my healing looks fine, and he prescribed me antibiotics because it was a little infected. I've been taking them but I still feel that uncomfortableness. I went back on April 29th and he said it doesn't look infected, and I shouldn't be experiencing any pain- I was prescribed more antibiotics. I still haven't been eating with my back teeth nor using straws yet. I'm worried now that I've caused damage to a nerve and it will forever feel like this

Just posting because I'm a curious and nosy person, next to farm 12/Van Lierop park, there is a big patch of land that seems to be growing crops.. I know the ones on farm 12 property are Lupines— that is not what I am referring to. Does anyone know what they are? Very occasionally I'll see workers get dropped off and pick in there.. attached images for clarity.

Is there a group or page on social media that posts where marathons are held throughout Pierce County. Any amount.. not super interested into a running club, but I'm not opposed to it.

EDIT: no more than half a marathon.

Are there any LGBTQ friendly churches around? My partner and I want to go to church, but we hate the stigma of "man and woman" and shoving het relationships down our throats/shaming us for "sinning"

Anywhere in Pierce County is ok

I'm (20F) looking for a primary care provider. I haven't had a physical since high school. Brand new to my own health insurance (Cigna) and not sure where to start. Any suggestions on who to avoid, who you love, or where to look for providers?

I don't mind if they're in Lakewood, Steilacoom, University Place, or Tacoma

▲ 1 r/sleep

Recently my partner has started to sweat (more like drenched) while they sleep. We have cuddled every night for the past two years and it has never occurred.

Our house stays at 68°, maybe a little cooler, at all times. We both sleep with no clothes, and our bedsheets/comforter are the Casaluna brand (I looked at the comforter tag and it's made of rayon, linen, cotton, and polyester filling). We've had them since September and she hasn't once sweat in her sleep.

The only thing I could possibly think of is her going to the gym recently. She's started working out more often, almost 6/7 days and trying to eat healthier. Could her body be trying to burn more calories thus making her sweat more? Or is there something else that we can change or look into?
