As the title reads: I'm not sure if I'll ever achieve being able to run a mile. I remember we used to have to run in gym class and I was almost always one of the last ones to finish. I'm pretty fit when it comes to weight training but cardio has always been incredibly challenging for me, but I'm determined to get better. Can you share if you had a similar story but you have improved significantly?
Hi everyone! Hope all is well. I'm new here and have always wanted to become a vegetarian because my empathy for animals has always been something that is very important to me. I've cut out all meats but chicken and want to finally give it up as well, especially knowing what goes on in the poultry industry. I have incorporated no meat days into my week but sometimes struggle to find things to eat since everyone in my family eats meat and I have grown up to as well. So as the title states, could you also provide any challenges you may have faced when becoming vegetarian, if any? Do you take any supplements? How do you get in protein? How do you feel overall after making the switch? Do you ever miss it?
I picked this up about a week ago, using it about every other night on my face. For reference, I'm 31 - I have forehead lines (11s), some texture and hyperpigmentation. I'm familiar with actives like tretinoin, BHA, AHA, glycolic acid you name it but haven't used lactic acid since running out of Sunday Riley Good Genes years ago. I've never been able to find something that works that GG...until this. This has smoothed out my forehead lines like nothing in my current routine! I'm honestly shocked at how good my skin looks after such a short time of using this. I have to be careful around my eyes because they were peeling and sensitive a few days ago. For this and other sensitivity, I've been using Avene Cicalfate + Cerave Healing Ointment and it's helped tremendously. Just wanted to share my love for this here!
