Is anyone available to sort of explain the building to me in game? I can't figure out how to put a second storey on my hopefully to-be house. I'm on pc if that makes any difference, and I've only been playing for a few days. Ty!
About 2 years ago I onboarded with this online company providing self paced certificates. I signed up for 2 of these and was paying 4700 on a plan. All well and good, was partway through these courses when the website shut down with no warning. Reached out via their website and their email and got nothing. Waited 2 months, didn't come back up. Reached out to fair trading and they said to cancel my card and that the company had gone into liquidation (shut down?). They cut the seevice so i cut the payment. That was a year ago. I've just gotten an email from a debt collector/lawyer not sure which saying i owe the remaining $2500 in the next 7 days. Do I actually have to pay that? Is there a way to fight it since they didn't hold up their end first?

In the top left there's a weird black cut-off, too sharp to be painted. They said this was "painted" but didn't tell us any mediums. It may be digital but I'm not sure.
The left of the collar. Paint wouldn't smudge like that, right? The right of the collar is suddenly cut off vertically, and in my opinion the white strokes don't make sense to be there.
This is why I think it might be digital, the signature is definitely not hand drawn. They did have another photo with some weird lighting.
