Proof of stalking?

Annie used to have a lot of interaction with Bob for a while. Then no interaction for 4 years, in fact Annie has blocked Bob and deleted his number from her contacts.

Now Annie has some interaction with Carl's account. Carl has no common interests with Bob, they live in different cities, have never met, the only connection is that Carl is following Annie, who has blocked Bob.

Carl is constantly being recommended to follow Bob. Annie has lots of other interactions with Insta users, many of whom share common interests with Carl. They are not being recommended.

Is there a benign explanation for this? One that doesn't imply that Bob is stalking Annie?

Instagram keeps recommending my boyfriend to follow my abusive ex

I have an abusive ex who physically, sexually and emotionally abused me and at least two women before me. He's blocked everywhere, haven't been in contact with him for four years. I've been in therapy, moved on with my life, met someone wonderful, life is good.

When I say he's blocked everywhere, I mean absolutely everywhere. Every single channel, every single number. The only way for him to contact me would be to write me a letter and even that would go unopened.

Enter new partner: He barely even uses Instagram, never posts, follows like 10 accounts that relate to his niche hobby, plus his friends and me. INSTAGRAM KEEPS RECOMMENDING HIM TO FOLLOW MY ABUSIVE EX BOYFRIEND.

This is so creepy I just want to get off the app for good. I have 3 other ex-boyfriends on there that I'm friendly with and exchange messages like 3 times per year - those aren't being recommended. But this person, where the only recent link is "this person is blocked", keeps showing up? Now I'm wondering what my ex gets to see, does he get notified about posts that people close to me who haven't blocked him made? It's all just so scary and infuriating and absolutely nothing I can do about it.

Oathbringer question

I'm not that deep into Oathbringer yet, but what I don't understand is why everyone is carrying lamps? I understand that there is a shortage of infused spheres, but what's the difference between carrying the remaining ones around and hoarding them somewhere? They will glow regardless?

Boyfriend says the food I make for myself should be on r/kitchenincels

He's a passionate cook, his whole family is, but I just really don't enjoy cooking and never have. This is a big meal for me in terms of effort. I mentioned to a friend that I don't deserve a guy who cooks, and he said, yes, you definitely don't. I'm still gonna enjoy it while it lasts.

EDIT please stop hating on my boyfriend, who's genuinely the most wholesome person I've been with. And he does cook dinner every single time. And stop hating on my friend who knows exactly how I eat and that good food is wasted on me cause I can't tell the difference. After this exchange the two spent half an hour discussing the best way to fry mushrooms.
