i've been banned from facebook, and i guess insta gram cause its also meta, not been told what ive been banned for, and then unable to appeal anything.

it tells me to check the help center to appeal, then that tells me to log in to appeal and there will be a button(there isnt), then tells me to go to the help center. ad infinitum.

the ai chat bots keep telling me to go to the help center which clearly doesnt work. ive signed into the meta account attached to the two accounts and the chat bot is the same and ive considered buying meta support so i can talk to a human and get this resolved

theres 3 weeks left till everything is permanently disabled, has any one has any breakthroughs?

Why is it all only AI slops and reels today, could we get the option to turn it off?

Since the update, has anyone experienced difficulty uploading reels? The video loads gets to 90% and says something went wrong try again.

I’ve cleared my cache, deleted IG and redownloaded, still the same issue :/

hi! if anyone could help me i‘d greatly appreciate it <3 a couple days ago my instagram randomly started acting up to the point where i can‘t watch reels, becauss they wont load. the first one works but as soon as i keep scrolling the reels either lag or completely black out. it‘s the same thing with stories!! i can’t watch stories that contain videos or see posts that have more than five pictures. does anyone know what to do ? :(

maybe 2-3 yrs ago fb banned me and i appealed and was reinstated but my insta was deleted and i am not able to recover it...any suggestions other than getting a new insta account...thx

I have turned off the “Activity off meta technologies” but it is still tracking. Is there another way that I can block instagram from getting information about my searches?

the excel sheet thing where you download your info to see who unfollowed you, i did that, but when i download my followers & following, it shows ALL of people in my following, but only about 200 of my followers. it’s frustrating because i have to go through my following one by one to see if they follow me back. whether i download it as JSON or the regular way. anyone know what i can do to see all of my followers and following? i have a little over 1k for both.

Anyone else but me see that every reel I go on, one of the top comments is a misogynistic comment if the creator is a woman?

What is actually causing this. The person would be showing her degree off, showing clothing tips, or referring to an experience and like- if your daughter posts a video with a text saying she's chasing a degree, and one of the top comments says to "chase the kitchen" like ugh

Anyone else been experiencing non stop glitches the past few days?

- Reels pausing the video and only the audio plays, i have to refresh the app until it happens again

- post button not responding when making a post

- other peoples posts not loading even though the internet connection is fine and works perfectly on other apps :/

I’ve been searching through posts, but most cases I’m finding involve CSE, which isn’t what I’m dealing with.

It's a carousel post where each slide is a different photo (different outfits/locations) and the person is holding up their phone or laptop with text on the screen. But the slides aren't static photos, each one has this quick flashing/flickering effect, almost like a strobe or glitch loop. The image kind of flashes in and out rapidly, it looks like a very short video loop rather than a still image.

Does anyone know how to achieve this? Is it done in CapCut or another app? Are the carousel slides actually short looping videos with a flash transition layered on top?

Any help appreciated!

When recording videos using IG story when I move close in on a subject the lense switches and I get a noticeable flick in the footage - is there any work around for this? I know I can disable for the native iOS camera app but this doesn’t translate to the IG app - any help/tips would be awesome!

I have a couple friends I follow, and they spam the hell out of the repost button. Anything they find remotely interesting they repost, so all their posts are constantly clogging up my feed with stuff I don't want to see.

lately i used to get average 5 to 6k views on my reels but nowadays i see it dropping to 1 to 2k why is it so? has my account been reported or what?
