I am loooking for a durable laptop that lasts years (5-10) without any build qulaity issues?

I was considering a legion pro but then I am ok with compromising on the graphics by getting a weaker but durable laptop, hence the thinkpad.

1. I have heard mixed reviews on amd being better than intel for thinkpads. I prefer better cooling and efficiency over performance.
   2 Are E14s just a little better ideapads? came across many similar comments?

2. Really dont want to spend more than 1L on something that doesnt even provide a dGPU.

Gephyrus 14: really pushing the limits here with the budget but 200k INR for 16GB RAM is wild to me. Love small screen laptops

My priorities: Durability>>Performance 
It should have really good hinge and build quality. Ok with lower end GPUs if build quality is superior. 
Would highly prefer 32GB RAM. 
I am ok with laptop being heavy if it improves cooling and produces optimal performance. I stay in a dusty area so laptop should be able to endure that.

My only fear is medical expenses. What if my parents get so ill, it wipes out my savings?

I can claim 3lakh from my corporate health insurance. But what if that's not enough. In current scenario, my best bet is only govt hospital.

I have considered getting health insurance earlier but they have health conditions like diabetes, hypertension, previous case of TB. So, the premium is huge and then again, it's not sure whether insurance will cover the expenses or not. My dad stays in a different state for work, so he it's tough to do medical checkups as per insurance policy.

I don't have any liabilities, no home loan, vehicle loan, emergency funds and everything is aligned but this health risk is what I fear the most. I don't earn much(6LPA) so I will be at a very bad phase if I get into it. I can't plan any hobby purchases because of the fear of medical bills.
