Earlier (yesterday) I used to see the option of "Extra off on exchange" for rhe same product but now the option is gone even though the seller is same and .exchange my product is also same.

I currently have Samsung galaxy M31 and planning to buy Samsung galaxy S26 which is priced at 79k.
When I select the exchange option my phone's exchange value showed only 1250rs even though my phone's conditon is very good and everything is original except the charging port connector which was repaired at official samsung service center and is working complete fine now.
and I am also getting additional 8000rs off when I apply the exchange option.
Does anybody knows how this extra 8k discount works? Is the 8k discount guranteed once I place the order or does this depends on my phones condition when the delivery guy comes for the inspection?
If I try to sell my phone offline, the max offer i can probably get is around 8-10k anyway so I am thinking it might be better to just take this 8k exchange bonus here itself.
Please share your experience if you had similar situation and placed the order.

so i wanted to buy galaxy s26 this SASA LELE sale. 2 days before sale, the price was around 75k for this phone. i expected the price would drop more during the sale and there was also 10% extra discount on credit card during sale, so i waited for it and even bought flipkart black subscription (which costs 299rs) in order to get 5% extra discount (now here total discount on credit card is 10+5 = 15% discount) so i should get 15% total discount, right?🤡
now when sale went live it increased to 80k. idk how 😭 now at this point i expected the final price of phone woukd be around 68k (80-80×0.15 = 68). then when i try to get 15% discount, the max discount i was getting was only 3.5k😭 which was only 4.4% 😭😭 where did my 15% dicount go... broo???
