Just ordered the iPhone 17 (256GB) during the Sasa Lele sale.

- Listing Price: ₹82,900

- Effective Price: ₹58,593

- Pixel 7 Exchange Price: ₹10,050

Got about ₹19,000 off total between the exchange value for my Pixel 7 and the bank/sale discounts.

Is 58k a solid price for the 17 right now, or should I have held out longer?

Basically the title. I recently bought the watch 7 at 19k as it's usual price was 21k. It's on even more discount. Can I just return and buy the discounted one?

I am ordering a book from Flipkart, The price of a book shows 1298 rupees. I added it to the cart, and suddenly it increased to 1505 rupees.

Why the hell is there a handling fee of 199 and offer a handling fee of 8.

Pathetic service. AC delivered on 23 Apr, and even after 12+ days, no installation. No contact—just auto-rescheduling.

Return window is already closed. Customers are left helpless.

Need immediate resolution within 1–2 days. What is going on?

On 2nd May 2026, everything changed for our family. My younger sister Vishakha, who is just 6 years old, was diagnosed with Thalassemia Major at CMC Vellore.

I got a call from the delivery person on 11th and he asked me what exactly did I order. He told me he’ll come by 6pm and then he never came. Yesterday no delivery partner got assigned for this order. I can’t talk to flipkart support as there’s only the automated system that keeps on saying the same thing.
What should I do?

Brought Haier AC from Flipkart. Installation might be tomorrow by Jeeves, I called Haier Customer Care to the initial installation process. Customer Care said Flipkart only does installation. There won't be a warranty void.

Please help here, how to solve this? Shall cancel the Jeeves ???

When I choose the option of exchange, I can see 7+5k off. But after applying it, I can only see 7k off. Where did the extra 5K go?

Bought these shoes from flipkart and tried to verify on Poizon app, their ai says it passed, that means are authentic. But look at the 3rd image inside the sole u can clearly see a hole and also in 2nd image there is a thread coming out. Also price in adidas website was about 4000 and flipkart was 1500. What should i do?

I recently ordered an AC from Flipkart, with installation assigned to Jeeves. This has turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had.

Here’s the complete timeline:

I initially scheduled installation for 1 May.

I kept trying to contact the technician using the number shown in the app, but no one picked up my calls the entire day.

By the end of the day, the technician finally responded and asked me to reschedule.

I rescheduled for 2 May, and he promised installation in the morning.

On 2 May, again no one showed up, and the technician did not pick up any calls.

Then I received an SMS saying “technician tried calling”, which is completely false.

Now I have proof: I got a 0-second missed call, clearly done just to mark “attempted contact” in the system so they can send that SMS. There was no real call or communication.

When I raised this on Twitter, Flipkart support said their “technical team connected and provided resolution” — again completely false.

No technician has actually contacted me, no visit has happened, and installation is still pending.

I contacted support multiple times, and every time I’m just told to “wait till 6 May” with no real action.

Because of this:

My 2 full days are wasted

I am suffering in extreme heat after paying full amount

And I’m getting false updates and misleading information from every side

Main issues:

Fake “technician called” SMS

0-second call trick to mark fake attempt

No actual technician visit

Contradictory responses (SMS vs Twitter vs reality)

No accountability, only “wait” responses

At this point, I’ve asked them to:

Arrange immediate installation with compensation, OR

Take back the product and issue a refund

Need advice:

Is this 0-second call trick common?

Should I wait till 6 May or escalate now?

Best way to escalate — consumer forum, email, or something else?

Anyone faced similar issue? How did you resolve it?

I recently bought the new Flipkart Black membership, mostly because they were heavily advertising a "15% Instant Bank Offer" on SBI cards right on the front page.

I went to make a purchase for ₹69,999. If you do the math, a flat 15% discount on that should be around ₹10,500.

Instead, at checkout, the absolute maximum SBI bank discount applied is capped at just ₹3,000. That is roughly a 4.2% discount, nowhere near the 15% plastered all over their banners. I understand terms and conditions usually have caps, but heavily advertising 15% on big-ticket items and capping it so low feels like a classic bait-and-switch to sell their Black memberships.

I currently have Samsung galaxy M31 and planning to buy Samsung galaxy S26 which is priced at 79k.

When I select the exchange option my phone's exchange value showed only 1250rs even though my phone's conditon is very good and everything is original except the charging port connector which was repaired at official samsung service center and is working complete fine now.

and I am also getting additional 8000rs off when I apply the exchange option.

Does anybody knows how this extra 8k discount works? Is the 8k discount guranteed once I place the order or does this depends on my phones condition when the delivery guy comes for the inspection?

If I try to sell my phone offline, the max offer i can probably get is around 8-10k anyway so I am thinking it might be better to just take this 8k exchange bonus here itself.

Please share your experience if you had similar situation and placed the order.
