Advice for retrieving my grandparents internet password

My grandmother recently purchased a new laptop and fire tv stick and wants to connect then to the internet, the problem now is that there is no record of this password at all, nor is there a passcode on the back of the eero brand router.

To make matters even worse, the passcode to the email address associated with the internet provider is lost, and the phone that has the number associated with the reset verification was lost at Walmart a few years ago.

Any advice on how to retrieve this passcode. The internet provider is frontier and my grandmother claims that they need a code sent to the email for verification when calling the company (but I am not sure if this is true or not because I think she is confusing it for the facebook passcode)

My phone consistently stays at around 0.2 GB of storage. It has been like this for the last 2 years. Here are the consequences with an Iphone 11 with iCloud turned off. Unsure of IOS version but may be IOS 13

1: At extreme levels of low storage, it becomes impossible to even delete photos. At this point it is also impossible to edit photos

2: Once photos become impossible to take, it is possible to take screenshots. I often rely on using the snapchat camera to take screenshots until eventually that is not allowed anymore.

3: Messages may not send at all sometimes, nor may they be received when there is not enough storage.

4: the first thing the iPhone automatically deletes is notes in the notes app, followed by web data, then recently deleted photos, snapchat logins, other logins, general app data, and world clocks in that order. Make sure you have your notes saved to a gmail account

5: instagram still works normally no matter how low the storage is. I may not be able to send or receive messages through message, nor snapchat. However instagram will function normally and mostly without lag.

High use however will periodically in frequent “storage full” messages approximately every 20 minutes. Upon leaving the app, it is not uncommon for the iphone to go into a forced reset. Note, unlike snapchat or other apps, instagram data never resets and it will never ask you to relogin.

6: Copy and paste becomes impossible. First, it becomes impossible to copy text from photos (along with searching for text in photos). Next it becomes impossible to copy and paste general things such as links.

7: App icons become corrupt a low storage levels and some will appear transparent until the next forced or voluntary reset

8: On rare occasions, a voluntary reset will yield a message on startup saying that some mechanism of the phone is damaged. This can be ignored by voluntarily restarting the phone.

9: Background app/safari refresh happens within seconds. A way to prevent this is by saving a link to the notes app (link notes to gmail), the next step is to start watching a multi hour YouTube video in browser. Then, as the video is playing you will swipe to the homescreen and then to the lock screen at the same time VERY fast. Once in the lock screen immediately press play (this allows youtube videos to play in the background without paying for youtube premium). Next click the link saved in notes to access the internet. Now with the video playing in the background, under no conditions will apps/safari ever refresh. Even with 20+ tabs open and multiple hours on the home screen away from the apps. Note, do not go back to the tap with the video or you will have to restart the process (this is the reason you use the link in the notes app to access the internet).

10: things safe from automatic deletion up to my current point of this trial include imessages (although they may not load and you may need to download images), photos, alarms, and instagram data.

11: The email app will refuse to work with low storage. This can be bypassed by accessing your email through browser.

12: Slight performance issues may be seen only at the highest levels of low storage. This is typically as limited lag or with apply loading mildly slow. No major performance problems

13: The swipe to turn off screen becomes transparent when storage is very low.

14: Snapchat, Imessages, notes, mail, and the photos app are the only apps that I am aware of that are completely unusable at high storage (although there may be more)

15: It stops collecting data about the last time you used an app, but battery analytic data is still collected. This returns to normal once some storage is cleared up

I spend 5+ hours a day on youtube listening to music and other videos while I study. The web version, in my opinion, is 100% better than the app. Say I wanted to search dog videos. All I have to do in my preferred browser is type “dog videos -tiktok- -instagram-“ and everything I would ever need comes up. This browser search function is so much better and scrolling down the list of videos, opening it in a new tab, and then going back and finding another one if you dislike that video is a way faster process on the web.

Plus, if you refresh the video multiple times when ads pop up, it automatically skips them making youtube premium something that I would never even think to buy for the small inconvenience. This is something not possible in the app where you have to sit through the first few seconds

Even better is youtube in private browser because you get recommendations relevant to the current search and not based on your watch history from last week

I am looking for a pair of headphones, preferably under $40, that let me abuse the battery and don’t give me the “battery low” when nearing the end of it’s charging cycle. Would also prefer ones that allow use while actively charging.

I go through headphones multiple times a year because they get dropped, crushed, or water damaged. I hate dropping money on something only to be greeted after 24-64 hours of use to a low battery warning. I get companies want to preserve the longevity of their products, but frankly I just want something to last me 2 months before its dropped from 30 ft onto concrete.
