Horse sketch turned nightmare fuel

Started this from a reference photo of a real horse and made it a little more darker and unsettling using Sakura micron pens. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out but would love to hear what kind of vibe this gives you guys. Critique and thoughts welcome.

I can’t tell if I messed this up or not

So here is a dark fairy I drew in my sketchbook. I used micron pens and zebra Mildliner markers I bought at my local Barns&Noble. While I was drawing this I was super into it and loving it and it wasn’t until I made a post about it on my instagram that made me look at it differently and think it looks off, so now I don’t know. Iv always liked my imperfect art style but it’s times like this where I feel like I need to practice better line work. Does anyone have tips on drawing better lines?

I made a reversible octopus or demon drawing depending on how you look at it

I used Micron pens and Faber-Castell markers.
