Fee Reimbursement Issue KMIT

The management of KMIT, Narayanguda, has reportedly informed 4th-year students who are eligible for full fee reimbursement/scholarships that they must pay ₹2 lakhs within 10 days, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the final semester exams scheduled to begin on May 21. This is allegedly due to the government’s failure to release the funds meant for student fee reimbursement.

The students were informed verbally, with no written notice being issued, seemingly ensuring that there is no documented proof of what is happening internally.

There is already a public notice from the High Court stating that no institution has the right to withhold certificates or coerce students into paying fees.

The issue is that many students cannot afford such a large amount within such a short timeframe, which is precisely why they opted for the scholarship in the first place. Previously, the management also allegedly forced junior students to pay ₹1.5 lakhs in order to be allowed to participate in placements.

How should we proceed with this issue? Should we approach student unions like ABVP or other student groups? would they actually be effective? Or is it better to try to negotiate/compromise with the management given how close the exams are?

so there's this girl from my class who has been talking to me for like an a year or so, and she hasnt confessed but i guess shes hitting on me. i dont find her cute at all nor i like her, but i dont like to be rude to her so i try to keep my distance every time she throws a hint.

i personally dont have a lot of female interaction so i dont know how to tell her respectfully that i have no interest in her. for a few months i stopped talking to her totally, deactivated my ig and didnt even open her messages on wtsp no matter what, hoping she would understand. but recently i reactivated and she started messaging me again.

she literally called me on my phone two times, to which i didnt respond and later when i asked why did you call, she told that she wanted to meet me and hangout and asked me if i am free sometime. i said im busy in the evenings ( she's interning so she'll be only free in the evenings) and cannot meet. then again she asked me to pick a place to meet on other day.

what should i doo??

pls dont tell me to just say it to her directly, i cant anduke im asking here😭😭
