[2DS] I accidentally spilled some water (not a lot) on my d-pad and start/select button on my 2ds.Since they have some small gaps, can it harm my console?

Already dried everything and took out the sd card. Im scared some water might have gotten in

I have never successfully explained this in my life, however I would still like to try, because I really want to know what the heck is going on with my vision since this has been bugging me since i was born. Basically, every time I look at a wall (or anything really), I don't see just the wall itself, instead i see these lines and shapes (lines are more common than shapes, what i call shadows are these darker "spots") of very different faint colors, and very faint shadows that kind of move all around as my vision does. It is very noticeable when you look at a wall, but its insanely hard trying to describe it as you cant cleary define these shapes/colors. For a good time i tought i had visual snow but now i don't think so, because instead of static, it's these shapes and the lines of faint colors and shadows. My best guess to make you try and understand is when you look straight at a light source and that form kind of gets "stamped" into your vision;imagine that but the burned image you see is 30 times more "diluted", it's not just one, its different shapes and they are all over your vision. Another way i can describe it is like when you close your eyes:you dont see pitch black, you see all of those thingies, And i see those but on my vision at all times instead of just when my eyes are closed. There's also another thing where when im in a dark/almost fully dark room, and i look at stuff like the roof, There are very noticeable dots of different colors everywhere. They are literally everywhere, and they are very, very noticeable.

*POST SCRIPTUM*: holy moly this is written very badly and very messily. I tried using a speech to text software instead of typing everything out but english isnt my native language and this came out very badly

Sorry in advance to the users of this subreddit and the mods if this breakes the rules but i didn't find my answer in the FAQ (Nor anywhere else)

Basically, i have an old unpatched switch and with the new release of the Tomodachi game i have been thinking of modding it.

It's not like the switch has a lot of sentimental (or real) value to me but it would still sadden me to lose nintendo servers access, and so i began to do some research. I tought that if im careful enough and dont make any mistakes, it is impossibile to get banned, yet from the info i found (its not a concrete text, its just me connecting the dots(i am putting way too many parentheses in this post)) its apparently always possible to get banned with a modded switch even if i don't do anything? Could anyone help me with this?
