i am getting error opening mii verse, error code is 015-5015

Hi! I know this is probably a stupid question, but I never had a 3DS, and I've loved it, but I never had the chance to play any of the games on one. I've been emulating them on my phone (and maybe an AYN Thor in the future), but I still want to have the StreetPass and internet stuff, which is when I figured out you can use Pretendo to make that work, but only if you have a 3DS with an IP address. All of that to say, is there a way to make it work without me ever owning a 3DS?

When ever i try to find a random match on yo kai watch 2 with pretendo i can never manage to find one, and even if i do its usually after like 15-30 minutes.
I dont know if im doing anything wrong since i have game patching enabled and plugin loader enabled and have made a PNID.

I know I am using the pretendo network, but is there a way to transfer my NNID?
