kinda random but i recently noticed that he is one of the few rage rappers who dont use adlibs at all its just straight rapping which I feel like is one of the reasons he stands out from ppl in the underground and in rage music, hes more of a "rapper" rapper which makes his music more accessible

obviously hes influenced by the whole mid 2010s electronic music scene and that "Geometry Dash type" music but TheFatRat's music in particular has a lot of similarities to slayr, slayr's whole sound is based on those playful glitch hop type melodies and Tfr is one of the most well known glitch hop artists but most importantly both artists combine that sound with these really epic and cinematic passages (With slayr having them mainly in his transitions and Tfr in his intros/outros) which adds to this sort of Fantasy video game vibe which is another similarity between them since both slayr and tfr have a fantasy/video game type aestethic
