Looking for someone that will carry me through the EE

I bought a gaming PC two weeks ago and it ran absolutely amazing on everything almost glued to 165fps but I did an Nvidia Driver update and now there's constant stutters and its going down to 90fps... I've spent 48 hours trying to fix it but nothing is working... was having so much fun and now its basically unplayable I already wanna go back to console :(

Do you have to buy windows? mine didn't come with it and when I go to settings and try to activate its making me pay $139...
