Need help minutes away from ending it all

So I bought a prebuilt sky tech computer with a 4060 whole nine yards yea. First week gaming went great, then it automatically shuts off. I go that’s weird and send it back to Skytech for them to diagnose and hopefully fix it. 2 weeks go by after sending it in and I get it my pc back hoping for it to be fixed and ready to game. But it keeps shutting off over and over. Now I can’t even get the PC to boot if it does it just flickers for second then shuts off. keep in mind to them There is no issue. I take it to a computer store nearby he says there is no issue. I send it back to Skytech for another diagnosis and they say there is no issue but my PC keeps shutting off mid games. Could it be the outlet? My phone charges and works fine. These fuckers at Skytech are so useless I don’t even know why I bought a prebuilt in the first place. I send it in 2 times for them to do nothing. Oh and the warranty is expired so they literally can’t do anything anymore since I was gone in college and got sick of trying to fix a issue that nobody knows how to fix idk I’m just so pissed because I spent 1000$ on a piece of garbage @skytech refund me dawg this shit is trash. I reset the ram. Reset gpu I’m just gonna fully take it apart at this point because one I don’t know why it just crashes non stop and 2 it struggles to even power on. Any help would be appreciated I think I’ve tried almost everything possible

Loved my first pc from them, have to upgrade though.

So I bought my Skytech pc back in 2018 off of amazon. When it arrived, the board or cpu wasnt actually plugged into the power box. After I fix that I didn't have any issue's with it and I've loved this pc. I've used it to play so many good game's. I can only think of one game I couldn't get to work at all and that was ff7 rebirth.

Sadly it's getting old, it can't get windows 11 doesn't meet the requirements. I've decided i"m going to get another one from Skytech because this one worked out so well.
I'm looking at the shadow 4 currently do any of you have it?

LED issues

While gaming today my Azure 3 randomly black screened and died on me and wouldn’t turn back on. The PC would look like it was powering up and the keyboard would light up, but not the mouse and there was no display. After a lot of trouble shooting I finally pulled the CMOS for 30 seconds and the PC powered up again, however now my LEDS flash for half a second upon start up and then don’t start up until maybe 30 seconds after hitting the window screen, but the LEDs on the ram sticks light up. Also the top fans have a slight red glow despite power being off. Is this normal? I can’t remember how it was before the crash and I’m not sure if I’m making a big deal out of nothing. I’ve attached the video so y’all can see what I’m talking about. I’ve had the PC for 4 days and it’s my first gaming PC.

Tomorrow morning my partner and I will be reaching out to customer support yet again, and I’m looking for any insight as to how the process will go.

In February we purchased a Rampage 2. Really loved it and had a blast, but just under 30 days into owning it the PSU died out of the blue- one second my partner was playing a game and the next it was completely dead.

Customer support was helpful, they had us ship the PC back and said they would build a new one. We got the new one on April 2nd. We were very happy to have it set up and it was doing great, no issues.

Just now I was working on some classwork and stepped away for a moment. The only things open were a paused youtube video and a tab with my paper. The PC died- based on what I’m seeing I’m guessing it was the PSU again. It didn’t even make it another 30 days.

Obviously this has been a real gut punch. This PC was not cheap and there is no reason it should be dying like this. I am extremely frustrated and struggling to trust that SkyTech can make this right.

What should we expect when reaching out to them tomorrow? Has anyone else had something similar happen?

EDIT: The guy we talked to from customer support was really nice, and overall the call didn’t take long. They did offer a refund, another replacement pc, a repair, or a new psu. We couldn’t really justify the risk of a third pc/psu dying (plus the risk of damage to other parts) so we went with a refund and we’re shipping it back tomorrow. Building a pc isn’t really in the cards for us right now for a couple of reasons, so we do need a pre-built we can count on. Maybe we would have lucked out with a third from SkyTech, maybe not. But at least I can say that the customer support has been consistently good.
