Natural remedies for migraine prevention or decreased frequency?

Hi so I (20F) have had chronic migraines for over 2 years. I finally was put on Quilitpa which helped IMMENSELY and only had a minor headache 1-2 times a week. For some reason my insurance decided they would not cover the medication anymore and have been raw dogging daily migraines and severe headaches for the past 2 weeks and now my fiorcet doesn’t even touch the pain. Does anybody have any diy or natural remedies that worked for preventing or at least decreasing the frequency until my doctors appointment on may 28th? Any and all advice would be appreciated thank you!

▲ 2 r/prozac

Hi so I just started Prozac 10mg for my OCD but I also suffer from chronic migraines. If I had a bad migraine I usually take the generic version of Fiorcet but it says online that I shouldn’t take that. I was like okay Ill take just something less strong but then I saw online that I cant take advil, ibuprofen, etc. due to stomach bleeds. What pain medication am I even allowed to take at this point lol. Is there a certain over the counter one or do I just have to suck it up. I told my psychiatrist that I took fiorcet and he didnt say anything so should I just ignore google and take it? Thank you!

So I just got diagnosed with OCD and ADHD at 19 AND OMG IT FEELS SO GOOD TO KNOW I WAS RIGHT AND NOT CRAZY. I put it off for so long because I would literally overthink that I was being crazy and what if I don’t have it and waste everyone’s time or what if I’m those people who self diagnose. When I first thought maybe I had it I brought it up to my therapist but she didn’t really respond so I felt embarrassed and I actually only saw a psychiatrist for an ADHD evaluation and during the questioning he asked what I was working on with my therapist and I told him how if I need to check things specifically 3 times, how things that touch me have to be even on the other side of my body, how certain textures cause me to go into a full breakdown mode, along with other things and he was like um thats OCD. I was suspecting but overthank it so much it feels so good to know I was right about myself. Im literally deep diving into OCD now and Im realizing how much I relate and how I wish I would have built up the courage sooner but better late than never. Im starting prozac tomorrow morning and anyways im just so happy! I feel so much better and just so validated.

Hi so I did preferred camping with my brother this year instead of AirBNB and LOVED IT (also loved how I saved like 600 from using Uber). I was planning on camping on my own with my bf next year but was waiting for loyalty sale to see the lineup. I saw that preferred camping was sold out and was wondering if more spots would be sold for the loyalty/general sale or if I should join the waitlist asap. Also, would there be a payment plan option or would it charge the full 420 to my account without prior notice if I do join the waitlist? Thank you!

▲ 10 r/ADHD

Hi so I (19F) got put I have ADHD on medical history but wasnt even told? To explain the background I had recently got a new (more expensive) insurance plan and was like hell yeah doctors that might actually care. So I go in and I tell him thats I suspect I may have some form of ADHD as my father had
ADD and that I, many others in my family, friend group and even co workers think the same (ive had two co workers straight up ask me lol). He says okay, hands me a sort of questionnaire (thats like 10 questions) and is like sick I’ll send you a referral to a psychiatrist. Months go by, no referral. I call and they’re like oh it wasn’t approved as you don’t need it. Im like okay my issues can be fixed with dedication and management skills heck yeah. A couple of more months go by and I check my health conditions tab on my insurance because I needed proof to show my college about a chronic condition and Lord behold I see that the doctor said I have ADHD and put it on my record without letting me know? Like he didn’t confirm/ deny anything just slapped it on there. The whole reason I went in the first place was to get diagnosed and see if there was any medications that could help me AND BRO DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. Like is this normal? This also happened with a previous therapist who just slapped anxiety disorder on my medical history/ health conditions without telling me. Do people just diagnose these things and not tell you?

Hi so I wanted to buy preferred car camping for 2027 and saw it already sold out. I was wondering if more spots will drop for the general/loyalty sale or if I should just join the waitlist. Also is there a payment plan option? It looks like they will just automatically charge the whole fee to your card if you do manage to get off the waitlist? Thank you!
