My dadi gifted this to me during my wedding last year

My dadi has always loved traditional brass utensils and growing up I used to admire the ones she kept safely in her kitchen cabinet. Last year when i move to different city with my husband after our marriage she gifted me this.

Honestly I got emotional because it’s not even about the utensils at this point, it just feels like carrying a piece of her with me.

Gifts like this stay together with your, life .

Last month i lost her but having this will always make me think of her

Being vegetarian made me rethink a few things

I never really questioned my diet much, ghar ka khana, daal, roti, all good, done.

But recently, during work, I started noticing I’d lose track of thoughts mid task or just feel a bit off mentally.

Made me realize, maybe it’s not about eating enough, but eating right.

So I didn’t overcomplicate it, just tweaked a few things:

1)Added more walnuts, flaxseeds, and simple nutrient rich foods.

2)Reduced random junk food that was just filling space.

3)Tried to keep meals a bit more balanced instead of repetitive

4)Started switching to better snacking options like roasted makhana from Farmley, so I’m not reaching for random junk in between meals

5)Also started using Veg Omega from Carbamide Forte since getting omega 3 from a vegetarian diet consistently isn’t that easy.

Nothing drastic, just small corrections.

Feels like I’m understanding my own body a bit better now.

Do you ever feel like your diet looks fine, but something still feels missing?

Lately I noticed I couldn’t sit on one task for more than 10–15 minutes. Constant urge to check my phone, even for no reason.

It wasn’t laziness, it was just overload.

So I made a few small changes:-

1)Kept my phone in other room while working. (No insta on my laptop)

2)Turn off non important notifications.

3)Started doing 25 min focus sessions (no distractions).

4)Started taking Omega 3 Fish oil from Carbamide Forte.

5)Replaced random scrolling with reading something useful

6)Started using a sleep mask to improve sleep quality and reduce light disturbance (using the Wakefit Sleep Mask, helps me fall asleep faster)

Not perfect yet, but my focus already feels way better.

Anyone else dealing with this?

Tried Berberine by Carbamide Forte and by Well Being Nutrition

I have heard mixed reviews for both of them and tbh which gave me more excitement of trying this.

I tested it by having similar meals at similar time of the day and this is what I noticed

  1. Without Berberine - my post insulin food spike was 170

  2. With Carbamide Forte - Reduced around 40% around 120-135

  3. With Well Being Nutrition - Around 145 insulin

This was my readings. Has anyone else tried this?

Dinner in delhi :

Tell me I’m not the only one who ends up having random combos like this instead of real meals .

Today i went to my nani house in ahmedabad. I was binge watching on netflix with my cousin and craved something spicy and found these wicked gud noodles that claimed no maida and no palm oil .

The taste was decent but are they actually a healthier option than other instant noodles ?
