I’m in my early twenties. In 2020 I realised what ocd was. it started for me with the pandemic frightened of getting the disease and suffer in hospital. this was manageable. later after the pandemic I thought I had asthma because I was diagnosed with it as a child (turns out its false diagnosis) but with my previous fear I used a very thick face mask which i thought caused a asthma attac.

turns out it wasn’t. but for the next 3-4 years I overused inhalers to the point where I would begin to shake. I eventually came off all my inhalers because after tests I no longer had asthma or never had asthma. Now 2025-2026 my OCD is all about contamination & health anxiety or suffering in hospitals and dying.

Right now I fear catching a particular virus. Hantavirus. a virus which is carried by rodents. in the uk every year there is only like max 50 cases of this but with 50% of rodents carrying this I really fear.

we have a mouse that lives in our garden stone wall and border. our garden wall is about 1.5-2meters away from the side of the kitchen window. it eats the bird food which gets dropped and runs through the plants. our exit to the house is near the wall. I really worry about this mouse that scuttles past. I fear it may have hantavirus and I may contract it and die.

any help would be appreciated more than I can ex with words. I’m thinking of getting therapy by the NHS but waiting time is long and not sure it will help. even if it runs past the wall and the kitchen windows open I still feel dirty and refuse to go to clean parts of the house. I’m stressed and my family is. maybe some scientific evidence may help As well as therapy.

so the hibreak s dimensions is very similar to that of a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. has anyone tried to use a case from the s24 ultra for the Hibreak s if so did it work well?
