What induction burners are you using for everyday cooking?

I’ve been looking for an extra cooking option because my stove setup is pretty limited, and sometimes I just need another burner for quick meals without waiting around.

A portable induction burner seems like the most practical choice since it heats up fast and doesn’t waste much energy compared to traditional electric hot plates. What I’m trying to figure out though is how accurate the temperature control actually is in real use, since a lot of models advertise precise settings but reviews say it behaves more like power levels instead of true temperature control.

Most options I see are single burner units around 1800W with digital controls, timers, and multiple heat levels. Some higher end ones claim better stability at low heat for simmering, while cheaper ones seem more focused on boiling speed but struggle with consistency when you lower the setting.

Also wondering if coil size actually matters a lot when using different pan sizes, since some reviews mention uneven heating if the pan is too big for the burner zone.

Trying to figure out which ones feel reliable for daily cooking without temperature swings or inconsistent heating once you start actually using them regularly.

I keep seeing the same laptop stand advice everywhere like just get any cheap foldable one or go for the popular aluminum ones, but in practice some of them feel wobbly or don’t really help much with posture after long hours.

I mainly use a laptop for work and random desk tasks so ergonomics matters more than anything else. The biggest difference I notice is how stable it feels when typing and if it actually raises the screen high enough so I’m not always leaning forward. A lot of the cheap ones look similar online but don’t really feel the same in real use.

There are fully adjustable ones, simple foldable ones, and some that focus more on portability. Aluminum ones seem solid but I’m not sure if all of them actually hold the angle well or if some start loosening over time with daily use.

Just trying to figure out what actually stays comfortable and stable without needing constant adjustments or feeling like it’s about to collapse mid work session.

I’m trying to upgrade my skincare routine and I keep going back and forth between different anti-aging night creams with retinol. Some say it works fast, others say it’s mostly hydration lang and not much change.

If you’ve been using one for a while, did it actually help with fine lines or just improved texture a bit? Also curious if you had any irritation issues when you started.

I’m okay with drugstore or mid-range, just something that’s worth continuing long-term.

Tried using regular floss but honestly I’m not that consistent with it, so I started looking at water flossers instead.

Looks easier to use but I’m not sure if it actually cleans well or just feels like it does. also worried about the pressure, like if it’s too strong for gums or something you get used to over time.

Some models are cheap, some are kinda expensive, and I can’t tell what really matters between them.

Just want something simple that helps with cleaning between teeth without making it a whole process.
