Desperately seeking answers or tips

So I've been taking Adderall XR 30mg for the past 3 years. It worked wonders and I felt like I could live a normal life. About a month ago it just stopped... I have severe anxiety and jitters toward the end of the day. I have tried taking days off ranging from a few days to two weeks but nothing seems to be helping. I feel useless without my medication but when I take it, it sends me into a panic. Sends my HR 100-110bpm at rest

I exercise regularly, eat healthy, and take supplements like magnesium and omega 3. Has this happened to anyone else?

And yes I've talked with my doctor and therapist. I was started on buspirone and hoping this helps but I cannot seem to find any answers online.

And I don’t believe it’s generic brand issues either because I’ve filled two different generics and they result the same

Replaying the game after a decade… Still a masterpiece

So for context. I first played this game at launch and absolutely loved it. I was blown away by the graphics and gameplay. I was a big Zelda and Kingdom Hearts fan growing up. This was also my first Final Fantasy game. At the time I was in nursing school so I didn’t have the money or time to play any of the additional content that came out later. Even though the game and especially story had its flaws, it was one of my favorites.

Now a decade later, I’m a married man with a full-time job. It still blows me away how good this game is. I also think it came from that era of video games when developers were actually making games look incredible rather than being constrained by publishers like they are now. Other examples would be Assassins Creed unity or Arkham Knight. I’m only about five hours in, but I’m so excited to see how the game has changed with the updates and DLC content.

I’ll wait to pass judgment until I beat it but so far I still think this Topps Final Fantasy rebirth for me
