Banana + Berries + Dark Chocolate is such a good combo!!

Bowl Breakdown:

- 250g Lean Curd

- 150ml unsweetened Almondmilk

- 3g Flaxseeds

- 10g Chiaseeds

- pinch of Salt

- abit of Cinnamon

- Sweetner of Choice (I used a Buttercookie Sweetner)

Toppings:

- 150g mixed frozen Berries (Blackberries, Raspberries, Black Currants, Strawberries)

- (110g) a Banana

- 30g Sultanas

- 15g 70% Dark Chocolate

- 30g sugar reduced whole grain Granola

Late night cereal bowl

This was so good!! Highly recommend mixing Skyr with a milk (or plant based milk, i used almondmilk) of your choice and a bit of flaxseeds and letting it sit for 10mins it turns super creamy
