Bad rendering but…

Bad rendering but…

Even though the rendering is rough, I feel like she’s still cute, this one has been so fun to do the past couple days, I’ve definitely learned to give the rough renders a chance because some of them do turn out pretty decently

I knew the render was bad…

…but the colors… 🤣 I can’t.

I knew it wasn’t good when I found it but this is a new level.

just share it to share my amusement!!

As a multiplacer lover I’m a little scared of how long this is going to take me

Been Bluh Recently.

I usually do Diamond Painting legit religiously. Everyday I pretty much get up and go to my Diamond Art! But the last few days I haven’t even wanted to touch them, which is very sad because I love it so much! I sit down to do it and I just don’t feel it for some reason. I think I need a little bit of a break, seeing’s as for the last almost 8 months I’ve probably done DP almost every single day. And of course I just recently got my first ever DAC kits and I don’t even wanna touch them right now. Sadness 😭😔

WIP Wednesday is “one for the books”

And it will be most memorable by its teaching me the wonders of a 6-drill multiplacer.

First timer.

I cannot believe how much I enjoyed working on this. It's so nice to zone out and get lost in the task at hand. I think this will definitely be the first of many more to come.

Yall! Michaels got the memo. Their new stuff is so pretty.

Stopped in today for NOT any diamond painting stuff and saw some really nice new products. New organizers, grids, drills. New kits, super pretty collab with Jonathan Adler (whoever he is lol).

Also lots of “blank” figures for you to use up your orphan drills.

They aren’t cheap but really unique if you’re a brick and mortar shopper like myself.

Course them i bought more bookmarks!

WIP Wednesday! Solar system kit from Make Market

My first share for WIP Wednesday! Doing this one for my partner and really loving it. I think it’s coming out really nice and I’ve been enjoying the color variety!

DAC and Archived Works?

Just wondering if Diamond Art Club ever brings back archived works? Some of my “wish list” have become archived before I could obtain them 😅😭

Where should I get a custom painting?

I’ve never ordered a custom before, but looking to get one for a gift. Please let me know who you would recommend :)

Did I ruin the canvas already? 😕

I did something wrong during set up & now there's at least 2 spots that are like this. They're curved in & the plastic isn't against the glue anymore. I'm worried that by the time I get all the way down there it's not going to be sticky anymore. I also don't know if that means the drills are going pop off/not stick as well. I really hope I didn't totally mess it up because I've been so excited to start this kit.

I finally have some money to get a small stash of kits. What are some reasonably priced packs you’ve gotten?

Not looking for DAC or high priced ones. I’m totally fine on the lower quality ones for larger quantity of kits. Amazon is totally fine for me.

Share a link to some packs you’ve enjoyed! I can’t make up my mind of what I want to get with so many choices out there

Quality brands? other than DAC

basically the title.. anyone know quality brands that are not DAC (Diamond Art Club)? its not the price or the drama, the selection just isnt there anymore. I like the square diamonds and I really appreciate the quality of canvas, glue, and gems of DAC.

TIA!!

WIP Wednesday

Moving along slowly. I’m usually a multi-placer on larger canvases like this, but I wanted to try the tweezers single placed method. I thought people were crazy to do it that way, but I found that I thoroughly enjoy it!!🫢
