What is the worst car that qualifies for Uber Black?

I usually order Uber Black for 2 reasons:

A) I don't get a BS driver who doesn't want to play by the rules.

B) I like cars so I would like a more premium car.

So usually an Uber black is a Mercedes E-class or a Tesla Model S, regular taxi models. But lately I've been getting ever more crappy car models. Like a Toyota Camry (but at least a new model with leather seats. I agree it was comfortable), which I guess was still a relatively comfortable car. But one of my most recent experiences was a Mercedes C-class W204 from 10 years ago... How does a car that costs 15K qualify for Uber Black?

Granted, this was in a smaller city, so maybe there was less choice available. But surely there is some minimum threshold for what qualifies for an Uber Black? Online I read that a car usually needs to be a maximum of 5 years old. But clearly that isn't a fixed standard?

So I wonder? What is the worst car you guys have got when you ordered Uber Black? And what would be the cheapest car that would technically qualify for Uber Black?

Sorry for writing in English but I speak very limited Spanish.

My in-laws live in Oviedo, they are originally from Venezuela. My mother in law is 60-ish and my father in law is 80+. My father in law has dementia but it’s not diagnosed since my mother in law keeps avoiding this.

A few weeks back there was an incident in their apartment and there was police present. I don’t know the exact details of what went down, but I know that when the father saw the police in his house he attacked them.

For this he has now received a 600 euro fine. A lot of money to my in-laws who are completely financially dependent on us. But I also feel like it doesn’t make sense that an elderly person who clearly displays confused behaviour gets fined for something like this and I wonder if we should bring this to court?

I don’t know anything about Spanish law, but what are our chances of getting this fine removed, taking into account that we don’t deny that he attacked the police and that as if now he has no formal diagnosis for Alzheimer (but a 5 minute conversation is sufficient to know that he is clearly not well)?

Look, a war with Iran has been a long time coming and if there was ever a moment for it, it is now. However, where Trump initially seemed to be quite effective by killing the ayatollah and putting his successor likely in a coma. He now seems to be chickening out because of the high gas prices.

This is possibly the worst possible scenario. The regime is still there, angered by the attacks by the US and the one thing they have learned from this is that they have the global economy by the balls. This leaves all of us in a worse situation than before.

Yes, it will hurt if Iran will keep the strait of Hormuz closed. Yes it will likely cause a worldwide oil crisis. Yes it will likely hurt the economy and the stockmarkets. But investments come at a cost. And in the end, if Iran will return to being a free and prosperous country, that doesn't pose a threat to the west, the world economy will benefit from that as well.
