Traveling 13hrs to Japan on Thursday afternoon. Just mildly sprained my quad. Please help.

Quad strain/pull advice HELP!

Hello,

30M about 5’9 195lbs.

I have a recurring injury that happens once every 1-2 years where I seem to get a rather mild quad strain. Minor swelling and tightness and aching/dull pain in my quad that becomes sharp if I bend too fast. It basically feels like a baseball hit me in the quad. Usually this goes away in 3-5 days.

I restrained-pulled my quad this evening less than an hour ago. There is little to no visible swelling and no bruising. I can walk at about 95% and it mainly hurts if I lift my leg bent backwards.

The problem is, I am traveling to Japan from Canada, for 2 weeks starting Thursday afternoon, including a 13 hour flight there and 12 hour flight back at the end of the month.

What steps can I do to improve my strained thigh.

I do not want to cancel this trip over such a mild injury that has been relatively easily dealt with in the past.

Any advice appreciated.

HP Deskjet 2800e printing in grey

Hi folks,

I have an HP deskjet 2800e.

I recently had to print a weird PDF from my doctor. Since then, everything I print comes out like in the photo. Instead of being in regular black ink, it’s like this grey almost bubble letter style.

I don’t have greyscale on, all settings are normal but still printing like this. Does anyone know why? Can anyone help?

My cartridges are full.

Am I at risk for an ingrown nail? What can I do?

My nail broke off when someone accidentally hit it playing ball hockey. It doesn’t hurt or anything but I’m worried about an ingrown nail as I’m going on a trip soon.

Is there anything I can do? It doesn’t hurt and this just happened today.
