Someone is using my address to sell used socks/underwear

Someone named “Rhiannon” is using my address fraudulently as return address. I keep receiving used socks and underwear. Royal Mail said they can’t do anything about it. Any ideas? I don’t want creeps showing up at my address.

I’m having my old electric meter switched to a smart one. I already had the gas one changed due to being faulty but it’s in dumb mode currently since it’s not connected to the electric one yet. I was wondering if there’s anything I need to look out for during the switch? Also will I be given a IHD and can I choose which one? Also my current gas meter is outside the front of the building while the electric one is inside the back of the building. There’s multiple walls between them. Will they be able to connect or will the gas one stay in dumb mode?

I have a main gas pipe running through my cellar, which then branches off to supply separate apartments via my kitchen. Recently, I noticed a smell of gas in the cellar and contacted National Gas. They arranged for Cadent to attend, and the engineer identified small leaks at two joints.

The joints were sealed using what appeared to be fibreglass tape. I’m unsure about the reliability of this type of repair and have concerns about its long-term integrity.

Could someone advise whether this is an appropriate and safe method of repair?

Edit: Bought a gas detector from Amazon and it’s detecting gas around the pipe

Edit: Cadent came out again and there’s still leaks. They are sending the survey team out and might need to replace the pipe/meters and run them on the outside of the property
