Odin 17 months and Dumpling 6 months both has significant masses and I just found Dumplings today and it’s really really big. I guess I feel like somehow I missed it and it’s my fault. So I checked Cardamom too so I can sleep at night. He’s a very chill boy and just deals with my nonsense, thank you buddy for being so cooperative with your annoying mom.

It’s rapidly grown over the course of a week I’m so pissed it’s like the size of a snow pea on an animal that’s only 32 grams. I’m gonna go to my vet but I know why she’s gonna say “I’m sorry it’s to big removing it would be to much of a risk” and she will be right it’s large, internal, and rapidly growing. It’s likely cancer. I’ve been lucky so far with not getting hamsters that develop cancer young 1 out of 16 is pretty good considering how commons cancer is in rodents but I’m still so angry. Why does the universe do such horrible things, it feels like a rock in her abdomen and It wasn’t there a week ago. It could be an abscess but I’ve had hamsters with abscesses and they don’t feel like this, this feels like how my many hamsters with cancer have felt. This isn’t fair to her I’m so upset she’s such a sweet baby. Oh Dumpling my baby I’m so sorry. No medical advice please leave that for my vet.

So I got a hysterectomy in march and I’ve always wanted to have a tat about it. I thought about getting the green line that shelter dogs get next to one of my incisions but what I really want is an ear tat like my boys. I know they were neutered not spayed but all the ferrets from chain pet stores in the US get it when they are desexed and descented (they can spray like skunks so they remove the spraying things glands) I also thought about making a semicolon iykyk. Basically is this good placement should it go elsewhere? How hard is healing an ear tat? If I make it a semicolon is it likely to just become unrecognizable at that size? Also pls don’t go on rants about getting hysterectomies at a young age it was medically necessary and I don’t wanna hear it.

I saw Cardamom get on the windowsill and my mom came in to watch him to see what he would do so he was safe. Plus the jar is significantly heavier than him so it didn’t even wiggle.
