Made my mom an espresso martini cheesecake for Mother’s Day!! It baked without cracking but when I transferred it, hehe I cracked it lol🥲🫡

Crepe with strawberry filling topped with raspberry sauce homemade!

Made some Cà Ri Gà(chicken and potato curry), witch dipping rice noodles, coconut rice, peanut and lime dipping sauce, and as desert moringa sponge cake with red bean paste filling!

They going great with as my baked chicken sandwich!!

With hazelnut, cinnamon, brown sugar swirl

Made some rosemary rolls for my cold cut sandwiches I’m making for dinner

Made a lemon topped with mango tart dessert to go along with my garlic buttered shrimp pasta and sautéed mushrooms, had sautéed lemon spinach too, but had eaten it before I took the pic😏🥲

I made some crevettes au Chardonnay, Pommes de terre au Romarin, haricots verts, I used reg beans tho hehe, and homemade baguette and mocha éclairs!
