Aquelarre. Nocturnal cafe, Tue may 26 2026.

(10k) Would a personalized song be something you'd do at a wedding?

have a composer or songwriter make a song about the couple getting married to use as a first dance or reception song. Would it be something you might like and if so how much would you be willing to pay? Would it need to be performed live or would a recording suffice? (I have to give a number to allow to post I have no idea what this would cost

FLX Coven: last Tuesday of the month, nocturnal cafe, back room, 7pm

So the first one would be May 26th which I hope gives enough notice to everybody? Give me a like if you're thinking about it. Give me an alternate date and time in the comments if you want to go and can't make this time.
My practice is very female centered. People that identify as women are encouraged to attend. I may think about including wizards if everybody else feels comfortable later on.

Covens

I've been working with a group for a few years now online, and would like to give this coven thing a go in person. Anyone? I am open to leading if there's interest.

Indoor playgrounds

I was all excited to see a playground at the McDonald's in vestal but is that the closest we have? Preferably, a plastic indoor playground that is free to use. But I'm open to other options. Having a place for the parents to seat and eat something as the kiddos play a huge plus. Lots of rain in the forecast.

Scared of happiness

I only write down the tragedies. As if by writing down the good things I would scare them away. Does this also happen to you what is it called and what do you do about it.

We share joint custody of our five year old together. The wife is from china, now an LPR. Child has an IEP because of language delays at school. I do not know what languages are spoken in my Xs home. Hearing won't be happening until the fall. I have asked x to dislose name and at least workplace of wife multiple times and he doesn't. At school at IEP evaluation he is presenting as a single parent. I can't find any information on this woman anywhere. She's not on public records she does not appear as living in the house through tax assessor records, there's no marriage license. I have not been able to confirm if the wedding was out of state and if so they broke the agreement by taking my son to it, or worse, that there was a wedding and my son did not attend it. My son refuses to go potty at school. So there's clearly some behavioral issues that may be going on from this that I don't know and I would love it if taking care of my son did not make me feel like a private investigator. I have asked my ex and his wife multiple times to meet me in person to just confirm we both exist kind of thing and they have refused. We share joint custody 50/50. I am waiting on the hearing but I just find it wild that there's nothing else I can do? Is there some other place I am not looking at to find out who this woman taking care of my child is and what language she speaks to him?

Just went to a wedding yesterday and they had very good drinks- high abv beer and wine, and served Thai food. Top notch. But .... Since the food was not very carby and the drinks were higher in alcohol content we all got drunk fast and were hungry halfway through the reception.

Just please keep in mind these things whenever you are choosing what to serve. You want a low alcohol content (or at least not much higher than standard. I'd say 5%?) for your drinks so that people do not get too tipsy too quickly. And you also want food that is kind of dense, think something bread like or pasta like somewhere.

He finished it over the weekend, I think there's 10 Stars left. In any case, time for a new game. I have Zeldas ocarina of time available but I think that's too much for him right now gameplay wise. What's a good in between? I'm drawing a blank. He really likes to read.
