
This is insane, punished by Adobe for buying directly from them.
I’ve been dealing with this for days now. Adobe has cancelled my subscription and locked my account because of non genuine products?
How can that even be possible when I subscribed directly from their website and downloaded all programs through creative cloud manager. I’ve been charged for two months, one back in April when I signed up, and one a few days ago this month on a student plan. I gave them my student ID, transcripts, and class list. It even says on the terms that any documentation within the last 6 months is considered CURRENT, so they’re not out of date.
I have both receipts from them. I chatted with their agents on through the chat portal, and I even called them. I’m getting the same response that since it’s been escalated already they can’t do anything. They also said that if I want a refund for this month I need to dispute it with my bank. I’m supposed to get a call from a supervisor who I assume is just going to tell me the same thing.
This is actually insane. How can I be punished for following the rules.
