How’re you affording it

My husband and I have decided to have me stay at home as childcare costs are insane even when using a babysitter instead of daycare. I was barely working anyways w kid appointments and sickness. I’ve cut out everything fun in our budget and we’re still short like $500. My husband got a second job as part time through family but it’s been two weeks since hire and I guess that the seasons slow and they haven’t had him in yet. I’m getting worried and I want to help while I stay home I just don’t know what I could do. There’s nothing else I can minimize and cut in our bills it’s mortgage, cars/insurance water, electric, gas & groceries, phones and home security.

Am I doing something wrong when applying?

Maybe you guys can shed some light and help me understand. We just got food stamps for my family of 4 and we’re given $252 a month. They previously told me on the phone we’d receive $390 so I’m not sure why that changed. My sister was receiving $800 for their family of 4 same income amount and less bills than my family has. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong? WA state

Well it happened, my 2 year discovered the f word lol

I take full blame lol. I curse like a sailor, I’m surprised he didn’t figure it out sooner. His new thing is saying “what the fuck?” To everything. How do I get him to stop lmao. I will obviously be cleaning my language up. I’ve tried giving him alternative phrases some that are silly which he likes, but I fear that bc we give attention to it when he says it is why he’s saying it more and more now. I also don’t want to just not address it and let him carry on saying what the fuck to everyone. First time he said it we told him not to and that it’s a naughty word and he said okay mommy and then my husband and I had to step out to have a laugh so he didn’t see us. Now he’s just getting carried away I was woken up from him on the baby monitor just repeating it first thing this morning.
