Am I crazy to want to have soft and hard (firm) surface on the same bed?

Am I crazy to want to have soft and hard (firm) surface on the same bed?

I just started to have lower back pain after waking up in the morning in the last few months. I've heard that sleeping on the firm surface helps with backpain. However I'm a side sleeper most of the time; like 1/3 sleeping on the left, 1/3 sleeping on the right, and 1/3 sleeping on my back. I have no problem sleeping on the firm surface on my back, but it's painful to sleep on the firm surface on the side. It creates too much weight pressure at the shoulders and awkward angle at the hip area. I think most men would have this problem sleeping on the side because our shoulders are generally wider than our hips. Therefore I prefer soft surface for side sleeping.

The photo shows what I have in mind to try to change my mattress; make the middle area harder (maybe put a hard foam, plywood, or something) in the blue area for back sleeping and leave the soft area on both sides for side sleeping. Has anyone ever done this? Any thoughts?

What's the best action after receiving this Trademark claim?

Hi,

I just received this email because there was a trademarked word in the product listing. I unknowingly copied and pasted the description from the website that I bought this product from and it contained this trademarked word. The trademark owner reported to Walmart and the listing was removed. The product doesn't worth anything. Hence I don't care about the listing being removed. Fortunately Walmart gave a warning for the first offense (see the text in red rectangle) instead of suspending the account (like Amazon does even for the first time). I'm still pretty new to selling on Walmart and have these questions:

(1) Is there a way to remove this negative point from my seller account? I could show Walmart my stupidity from copying the product description (that contained the trademarked word) from where I bought it from.

(2) How to prevent this from happening again in the future? Is there a way to run the texts through USPTO to make sure that there is no trademarked words in the text?

(3) Does Walmart have a 6 month rule like Amazon does (Amazon reset any IP complaint accumulation every 6 months)? I'm so afraid of getting my account suspended if another IP problem arises.

Please advise. Thank you.

Is there a way to check a text paragraph to find whether there is any trademark in that paragraph?

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool to check text to make sure that I'm not using the trademarked texts. In the image, the word "Fun Feeder" is trademarked. I didn't know that until the trademark owner contacted me. I would like to avoid accidentally using IP of other companies before they find out. Is there a way to run a paragraph through database of USPTO or something like that? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,

I leave my Franklin T10 device plugging to the wall power outlet of a vacant house for the security cameras to connect to. It had been working great for only a few weeks and stopped working. I had to physically go to the house and power cycling (turn it on and off manually) the device to get it back to work again, then it worked for a few weeks and stop working again.

I did some research and someone said to remove the battery and enable Smart Charging as shown in the screenshot. I did that and the same problem remained (device stopped working after a few weeks). So, I added a power outlet timer to cut the power 2 hours a day as the old post recommended. This made it worse. After the power returns, the device needs to be turned on manually (press and hold on the Power button for 5 seconds). :-(

So, what's the right way to do? How to use Franklin T10 as a plug to the wall and not need power cycling every few weeks? Please advise. Thanks.

I asked the question below to two AI:

I need to rebuild a 120 years old brick chimney (only the part that's sticking out from the roof). It's a triple layer brick with footprint of 4'x4' (exterior dimension, the interior dimension is 2'x2') located in the basement of a 3 story building. It sticks out another 10 feet from the top of flat roof. The chimney is huge because it was built to accommodate a minivan sized coal furnace over 100 years ago. The heating system was changed to 8 modern 105000 BTU hot water boilers (also in the basement). All eight boilers + one 125000 BTU water heater exhaust the gas through this chimney. I believe that the amount of gas from 8 small boilers + 1 water heater would be a lot less than the old coal furnace. Since the chimney is going to be rebuilt (due to the disintegration of the exterior and interior bricks), does the new chimney need to be 10 foot tall? Can the height be reduced to cut down the labor and material costs without compromising on the health safety? The bricklayer recommended reducing the height from 10 to 8 feet.

ChatGPT reply: No, the flue is already oversize. The space should have been around 1 sqft instead of 4 sqft (2x2). Shorten the chimney would reduce the draft strength. Keep it at 10 feet.

Gemini reply: Yes, the new 8' height would still be sufficient for the draft.

Which AI is correct? Can any pro help answer this? Thank you.
