For those working 10+ years, aside from Graphic Design, what's something you've learned to develop to stay longer on this field?

Mine is emotional intelligence and resilience.

I realized that I move on very sloooow. It took me atleast a year to get over a 2-yr relationship. That I'm prone to anxiety and panic attacks as well.

After 4 months, I'm still hurting at times. It's not every day, it's just that when there's a specific thing that triggers the memory.

And really, I ask myself, why am I so slow to move on? Why do memories and feelings lingers for so long?

Am I really that attached and emotional?

I remember all our memories, and it still breaks my heart.

I think it will take me atleast a year to fully be healed.

I feel defeated at times because I'm trying my best to move forward.

But dealing with a heartbreak is a brutally painful experience.

It's something I don't want to experience anymore.

Sorry for rambling. I just need to release these feelings.
