Do i have a chance?

i recently heard about the uni from a friend and they suggested me to apply. i aim to pursue a bsc degree and want to research in biology related fields in the future. i have applied for IAT and NEST and want to keep Ashoka as a backup. But my only concern is if i will get in because even though i had scored 95% in 10th boards, i was only able to score 80% in my 12 boards in stream PCMB. My std 11 marks were not pretty either, but ofc i had passed in all. Will this be a reason for my rejection or will this not have much of a say? Also i have not appeared for SAT, ACT or JEE mains but will be appearing for CUET.

another question my family's income is 15 lakhs per annum, and according to what i googled my fees for 4 years is adding upto 3 lakhs max? sounds quite unbelievable to me, so could anyone clarify what the fees would actually add up to?
